Maestro®:

A dry smooth rum, elegant, complex and easy to be enjoyed by itself or in premium cocktails, never fading to the background.

Visually we observe a rum that is medium amber color, clean, bright with golden highlights, medium density, that can be evidenced by well structured thin tears.

On the nose it’s straight forward, evidencing its origin, molasses
evolving to the aging aromas where we can identify wood, hazelnut, vanilla, black pepper and flowers.

On the palate it presents itself as dry, smooth but powerful, its moderate minerality is balanced by discernible acidity and velvety astringency, notes of caramel and dried fruits stand out, adequate tannins portray its 6 Years in American White Oak casks. It has a medium to long finish.

Extra Añejo®:

Our best reserves from 8 to 12 Years are blended to create a Rum that is round, balanced and surprisingly fresh. 

Medium amber color, transparent and shiny. Medium high density demonstrated by thin “legs” with slow movement sliding down the glass’s walls.

Aromas of brown sugar and molasses, burnt sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nuts and smoked wood. 

Notes of caramel, vanilla and nuts, balanced tannins provided by the toasted casks, elegant, balanced and persistent body, significant minerality and moderate acidity give way to a long and surprisingly fresh finish.

Ron Roble Viejo Extra Añejo® is a moderately dry very smooth Rum, excellent alone or as the star in luxury cocktails.

Ultra Añejo®:

A Single Vintage Limited Edition Rum, Aged for 12 Years under the traditional method. Each edition is tailored exclusively of casks of the same vintage that previously aged Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez, carefully selected by the “Maestro Ronero”. 

Intense amber, bright and clear. Density that can be appreciated by its long and abundant “legs” that move slowly down the glass.

Notes of Molasses, red fruits, aromas of citrus peel, cocoa powder, coffee, toffee and fresh almonds. 

Gentle beginning, slightly sweet and oaky, with notes of red fruits, followed by subtle notes of brazil nuts, orange peel and prunes. Discreet minerality with a strong but smooth body that evolves into an intense, round and persistent ending.

Ron Roble Viejo Zafra®:

A Single Vintage Rum aged for 15 Years in American white oak 200 Liter casks, a single edition of 1.000 bottles, certified ans signed by Giorgio Melis, our “Maestro Ronero”.

Zafra is the sugar cane harvest, some can be exceptional from time to time. This is the inspiration that gives its name to this rare and special edition of Ron Roble Viejo®.

A careful selection of only the best 10 casks of a specific vintage sets Zafra apart from the rest of our portfolio of luxury rums. 

Presented in a 1.75 Liter Bottle, Zafra blends luxury and exclusivity in a structured, complex and elegant premium Rum.

Intense amber color, clear, clean and bright. With abundant “legs” that fall very slowly in the glass and evidence density that can only be achieved by maturity.

An outstanding blend of citrus, oak, nuts and red fruits that come together in a surprising way.

Initial gentleness that surprises, slight sweetness that betrays the exceptional sugar cane that gave it life, oak that evidences the resting time in the barrels. Red fruits give way to prunes, brazil nuts and orange peel. Tannins, acidity and minerality that result in an uncommon balance. Very long, intense and silky finish.
