Cocktails
Roble Tonic Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Ron Roble Viejo Extra Añejo®
Orange twist for bouquet
Cinnamon stick
Complete with tonic water
To enjoy: Serve Ron Roble Viejo® in a highball or Bordeaux glass with ice , decorate with orange peel and complete with tonic water.
Stir with a cinnamon stick.
Old Fashioned Ingredients:
2 oz Ron Roble Viejo Ultra Añejo®
1 dash de Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
1 orange slice
Maraschino cherry
To enjoy: In an Old Fashioned Glass place the sugar cube, infuse with bitters, add Ron Roble Viejo Ultra Añejo® 3 ice cubes and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Decorate with orange slice and Maraschino cherry.
Extra Mojito: Ingredientes:
1 ½ oz de Ron Roble Viejo Extra Añejo®
10 spearmint leaves
Papelón (Raspadura) sirup
¾ oz lemon juice
Ice
Complete with club soda
To enjoy: Place spearmint leaves at the bottom of a highball glass, add papelón sirup (Raspadura) and lemon juice. Muddle, add Ron Roble Extra Añejo® and complete with club soda.
Ultra Mojito: Ingredientes:
1 ½ oz de Ron Roble Viejo Ultra Añejo®
8 spearmint leaves
¾ oz Papelón (Raspadura) Sirup
4 lime chunks
4 seedless red grapes
Ice
Rosé Sparkling wine to complete
To enjoy: Place spearmint leaves, grapes and Papelon sirup in the glass, muddle, add Ron Roble Ultra Añejo®, complete with Rosé Sparkling wine.
Ultra Sour Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Ron Roble Viejo Ultra Añejo®
1 ½ oz Sweet and sour
½ oz Chambord
1 Twist of lime
To enjoy: Add all the ingredients to a Cocktail Shaker with ice, shake for 8 seconds and served in a chilled martini glass.
To make Sweet and sour: (Mix 1 cup simple syrup and 1 cup lime juice) optional add 2 beaten egg white
Roble Gen Ingredients:
1 ½ oz de Ron Roble Viejo Extra Añejo®
1 oz Rosé Sparkling WIne
½ oz lime juice
2 oz orange juice
¾ oz ginger sirup
1 orange twist
Ice
To enjoy: Place all ingredients except Sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker, shake for 10 seconds, place in a tall glass with ice, complete with Sparkling Wine and decorate with orange twist.
